This website provides information about the DO.ITChange™ Method, the book, our coaching, intensives, workshops and corporate programs, and lets you contact us or book a call. Purchases of programs, licensing and certification are governed by the separate agreement or checkout terms for that offering, which take precedence over these terms if they conflict.
2. Not professional advice
The content on this site, including the method frameworks, articles and downloadable material, is for general information and education. It is not legal, financial, medical or psychological advice, and it does not create a coaching or consulting relationship. Outcomes vary; nothing here is a guarantee of a particular business or personal result.
3. Intellectual property
The DO.ITChange™ Method, the Faria-Lequay Shift Pattern Index™, our logos, frameworks, diagrams, course material, text, images and video on this site are owned by Soleil Edge Enterprises, LLC or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share the pages for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not copy, adapt, republish, sell, or use our frameworks or materials to deliver your own training or consulting without a written licence from us.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data at scale, to submit false information through our forms, or to upload anything harmful or infringing.
5. Links and third-party services
Our forms, scheduling and checkout are provided through third-party tools, and we link to other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
