DO.ITChange™ Methodology Certification
Learn how people actually move through change. Then use it in your own work.
Three days, live and facilitated, for the professionals who sit with people in transition.
Certification is a knowledge credential. It establishes that you understand the DO.ITChange™ framework, the Faria-Lequay Shift Pattern Index™ and the research underneath them, and that you can apply that understanding inside the role you already hold.
Built for the people who sit with change every day.
Who this is for
Change practitioners and consultants. HR leaders and people managers. Project managers. Coaches and counselors. Therapists and social workers. Employment and career professionals.
No prior change management certification is required. The only prerequisite is that your work involves supporting people through change.
Cross contextual by design: the framework holds whether the change is organizational, personal, professional or health related, which is why the room is rarely made up of one profession.
Three days, built to be used the following Monday.
What the program covers
Day one sets the distinction the whole framework rests on, the change event against the transition, and gives you your own Shift Pattern Index™ results and the eight patterns.
Day two is the methodology in depth, one block per phase: Discover, Own, Implement and Transform, moving from concept to application.
Day three is application to your own caseload, the ethical scope of the credential, and the certification assessment.
Format: six hours a day including breaks, virtual first, delivered in person for cohorts of ten or more. Cohorts run from six to twenty people, with ten to twelve the number that produces the richest discussion.
What you leave with, and what you do not.
The credential
You receive the DO.ITChange™ Methodology Certification credential and certificate, twelve months of access to the practitioner resource library with every session recording, worksheet and application guide, and a listing in the Certified Practitioner directory. The credential is held for life with one refresher module a year.
What it does not include: the right to deliver DO.ITChange™ Intensives, to administer the Shift Pattern Index™ to others for compensation, or to commercialize the brand. Those rights sit with the Licensed Facilitator program. We say it plainly because the line matters.
Certification or licensing. The difference in one line.
Which one is yours
Certification gives you the knowledge and the language to use the Method inside the role you already hold. Licensing is the selective program for people who want to deliver the Method to others, and it includes Shift Pattern Index™ certification alongside the license itself.
Most people start with certification. Some move on to the license once they know they want to run the room.
Rule of thumb: if you want the framework for your own practice, you want certification. If you want to teach, train or deliver Intensives commercially, you want the Licensed Facilitator program.
Built for practitioners who want the framework in their hands.
Three days, a credential you keep, and a library you can work from long after the cohort ends.
For practitioners
Use the Method inside your role.
Apply the framework and the Shift Pattern Index™ language with the people you already serve, without clinical training and without changing your profession.
For organizations
Certify a whole team.
Cohorts of ten or more can run in house, so one shared language for change carries across the people leading it.
Learn the Method well enough to use it on Monday.
The next step
Certification runs in small cohorts with limited seats. Apply to join the next one, or book a call if you are deciding between certification and the facilitator license.
