For Organizations: Capability Intensive

Understanding change is the starting point. Building the capability to navigate it comes next.

Knowing how you respond to change is valuable. Building change capability takes more than recognizing your natural preferences and behaviors.

The DO.ITChange™ Capability Intensive is a facilitated learning experience grounded in the DO.ITChange™ Method. Your organization brings it in for your employees, and they build the knowledge, awareness, confidence, and practical skills to move through change well.

What participants explore

How change shapes the way people think, decide, and act.

Capability needs room to understand the nature of change, question assumptions, reflect on real experience, and practice strategies that lead to deliberate decisions and meaningful action.

Participants look at how change influences their thoughts, decisions, behavior, and experience, and learn to recognize the patterns and assumptions behind their responses.

Through facilitated education, reflection, discussion, and practical application, they examine common myths about change, see their own approach more plainly, and leave with strategies they can use when circumstances shift again.

The DO.ITChange™ Method

Four phases, one direction.

The Intensive is built on four connected phases that give people a structure for moving through change.

01

Discover

Understand what is changing and recognize how you are responding to it.

02

Own

Identify what you can influence and take ownership of your next steps.

03

Implement

Turn that understanding into practical, meaningful action.

04

Transform

Reflect, adjust, and keep developing as circumstances shift.

The path is not a straight line. You return to a phase as circumstances shift, and every return starts from further along than the first time.

Evaluating development

Development you can see.

Programs can include pre- and post-experience confidence measures, change education assessments, reflection exercises, individual application plans, and follow-up evaluation.

Together these show what participants learned and how they apply it after the experience ends.
