Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 6, 2026
Soleil Edge Enterprises, LLC (“Soleil Edge”, “we”, “us”) operates doitchangemethod.com, flspi.com, licensing.soleiledge.com and experience.soleiledge.com (together, the “Sites”), and the DO.ITChange™ Method programs. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Sites, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form, book a call, take an assessment or make a purchase on the Sites, we collect the details you enter. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, organization, role, and anything you write in a message or request field. Corporate partnership enquiries may also include information about your organization and the scope of work you are exploring.
Assessment responses. When you take the Faria-Lequay Shift Pattern Index™ at flspi.com, we collect your answers and your results. These describe how you approach work and change.
Purchase information. When you buy a program, license or certification, we collect your billing name, billing address and order details. Card and account details are entered directly with our payment processors, Stripe and PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. Our website host, analytics tools, and the embedded form, scheduling and checkout tools record technical information when you visit. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, how you arrived at the Sites, and the date and time of your visit. We use it to keep the Sites secure and working, and to understand how visitors use them.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. We do not ask for sensitive categories of information, such as health information, financial account numbers or government ID numbers, through the Sites.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiry; schedule and deliver calls, assessments, workshops, intensives, licensing and corporate engagements; process payments; send you information you asked for, including marketing messages if you opted in; keep records of our business relationship; understand how the Sites are used so we can improve them and our programs; and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Marketing emails and text messages
Email. If you opt in on one of our forms, we may email you about our programs, events, the book and related resources. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by using it or by writing to team@soleiledge.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages about a program you have purchased or registered for.
Text messages. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send appointment confirmations and reminders, program updates and, if you opted in to them, marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages.
4. Cookies, analytics and similar technologies
The Sites use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:
- Necessary. Our forms, scheduling and checkout tools are embedded from HighLevel (LeadConnector), which sets its own cookies to make them work and to link a submission to your session.
- Analytics. We use third-party analytics tools, such as Google Analytics 4, to understand how visitors find and use the Sites, such as which pages are viewed and how long visits last. These tools set their own cookies and receive technical information about your visit.
- Advertising (future). We do not currently run advertising pixels. We may add them in the future to measure our marketing and show our ads to people who have visited the Sites. If we do, we will update this policy before or at the time the change goes live and explain how to opt out.
Your choices on doitchangemethod.com. When you first visit doitchangemethod.com, a cookie banner asks for your consent. Analytics cookies are set only if you select Accept. You can change your choice at any time with the Manage Cookies link in the site footer. Our Cookie Policy lists the cookies this site uses.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking necessary cookies may stop the forms, booking calendars or checkout from working. You can also use browser add-ons offered by analytics providers to opt out of their tracking.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Our Sites do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because there is no common industry standard for them. Where the law that applies to you requires us to treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out, we will honor it.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as far as they need it to do that work:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector): CRM, forms, scheduling, checkout, email and text message delivery
- Stripe and PayPal: payment processing
- Google Workspace: email, documents and file storage
- ClickUp: project and task management for client work
- Slack: internal team communication
- Analytics providers: website usage measurement, as described in section 4
- AI tools: AI service providers we use to help draft, summarize and organize our work, under our internal AI Use Policy. We limit the information we put into these tools to what a task needs.
- Our website hosts and domain providers
- Professional advisers (accountants, lawyers), where relevant to an engagement
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose
If we deliver a corporate program, we may share participant-level information, such as assessment results, with the sponsoring organization only as agreed in that engagement’s contract.
6. Where your information is held
We are based in the United States, and so are most of our service providers. Your information will be stored and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. We require our providers to protect your information to a standard consistent with this policy.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry, assessment and client records for three years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner, and longer where we need to for tax, accounting or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See section 8.
8. Your choices and rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you marketing. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask for a copy of your information in portable form, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to complain to your local privacy regulator (in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner; in the UK, the ICO; in an EU country, your national authority). We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email team@soleiledge.com. We will respond within 30 days, and may need to verify your identity first.
9. Security
We use reputable providers with access controls, encryption in transit, and limited internal access to client data. Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal under their own security standards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Sites this policy covers, and links to other sites
This policy applies to doitchangemethod.com, flspi.com, licensing.soleiledge.com and experience.soleiledge.com. The Sites also link to third-party retailers such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Once you follow a link to a site we do not operate, that site’s privacy policy applies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed, and material changes will be noted on this page.
