Participants develop a working command of the research foundation, the philosophy, and the framework itself, so the method becomes something they use with their own teams and their own clients rather than something they were once introduced to.
The credential is earned over 18 hours of live instruction across three consecutive days. Certification confirms professional fluency in the methodology. It does not authorize holders to teach the method, certify other practitioners, or train future facilitators, which are rights that remain with Soleil Edge Enterprises.

The Shift Pattern Index Leadership Experience introduces leaders to how they naturally respond to change, using the Faria-Lequay Shift Pattern Index™.
Every participant completes the assessment beforehand, so the experience works on two levels at once: each leader gains insight into their own patterns during transition, and the team receives a composite analysis of how the group moves through change together.
That team view shows where patterns cluster, where friction is most likely to surface between leaders, and which responses are absent from the room. Leaders leave with individual insight and a shared language for the change already underway, grounded in the DO.ITCHANGE™ Method.

DO.ITCHANGE™ Method Licensed Facilitator Intensive
The Licensed Facilitator Intensive is a selective, application-based pathway for professionals who want to deliver DO.ITCHANGE™ Intensives™ commercially, whether in their own practice, inside their organization, or through Soleil Edge enterprise partner channels. Participants earn three credentials in sequence: certification in the DO.ITCHANGE™ Method, certification to administer and interpret the Faria-Lequay Shift Pattern Index™, and full licensure to facilitate approved intensives.
The pathway runs eight to twelve weeks and includes live training, supervised facilitation practice, and a final licensing assessment. Admission does not guarantee licensure. It is earned through demonstrated competency at every stage, because the people who sit in these intensives are navigating the hardest transitions of their lives, and the standard reflects that.
